A major win for LGBT activists and Obama who threw the full weight of his office and the DOJ behind the move to have any student in Virginia use any bathroom, locker-room and shower-room of their choice at any place and any time.

Virginia joins Mass, Calif and NY in this major change in norms, ethics, privacy and family values.

It’s of interest that in this case, as well as many other major cases, it’s the courts that are enacting the Laws of the Land and not the legislatures as was well defined in the US Constitution.
