certification election overseen by the National Labor Relations Board.”

How can an
organization totally devoted to the Democrat creed, beliefs and actions be
managed in such a way that their people would vote 47 to 3 to unionize?

The RT organization prints, promotes and espouses the Democrat mantra but doesn’t
practice it very well.
Something
about “Do what I say – Not what I do”!

Perhaps IF
the Roanoke Times were fair and balanced and not a total Left-wing entity that
alienates, on purpose, 50% of their potential customers, they would not be in
such a financial bind that has resulted in compressing their people into unacceptable
stress.

It’s not
clear how having a 3rd party union entity inserted into the
employee-management relationship is going to help fix the issues.
