Biden's announcement came just hours after Russia concluded one of its largest missile and drone attacks in months, launching over 200 targeting Ukraine's power and energy infrastructure.

Biden has been walking a narrow and dangerous line in the Russian-Ukraine war.
Supplying Ukraine with war materials to ostensibly be used for Defense-Only within Ukraine.
Now, with only two months to go in office, Biden has authorized the Offensive use of US War materials onto Russian soil and cities and thereby has exposed the US as a Direct participant in the War.
