Iran continues to flaunt the reality that they have no navy, no Airforce and just a fraction of the missiles and launchers they once had.
However, they can exercise some hit-and-run intimidation over the Straight with fast-boats and some remaining missiles capable of damaging and perhaps sinking oil tankers.
Compounding these realities is the complexity of ‘who’s in charge’ and ‘who can sign and own an agreement going forward’?
Hopefully this can reach a proper end without more destruction.
