Clearly the US Voting System has been profoundly broken, on purpose!
The who, what, when and where are ALL broken, on purpose!

The first 50 years of my voting was OK with perhaps the exception of rumors
and Innuendo surrounding JFKs 'morning after' results came in from Texas
and Chicago,
and his father's flippant remark that “I just paid for a win
and not for a landslide”.

I was mostly in small districts in which everyone knew everyone
with No opportunity to lie about your
qualifications, residency or citizenry and ID was required.
Absentee voting was frowned upon and challenged.
All voting including veteran-mail-in was done and results tabulated
and reported That Day, however late into the night.

Then came big relaxation in absentee voting that now extends to
voting many weeks before election day and counting ballets received
many days after election day and districts so large people do not
know those in the district. We also now have massive numbers of
illegals everywhere and No Voter ID required in some places.

Trump was also making the case that foreign bad actors are
trying to influence our election outcomes in their favor.
