It now appears that it’s Not US- Iran-specific issues that’s stopping Trump from devastating Iran’s facilities and Guard.
Instead, it appears to be the Middle East Arab so called ‘allies’ who have their own long-term agenda including living with post-war Iran and exploiting their oil after the US and Trump are gone. Paying Iran a fee for passage is probably a no-brainer to them --- just pass the cost along to the customer.
Much to Trump’s chagrin, it’s these Arab ‘friends’ who are now calling the plays.
