Reflection: there were many Chinese in San Francisco starting in 1840. They were very good workers and played a major role in building the Intercontinental Railroad. Unfortunately, there were major issues in integration and assimilation.

He has (it's rumored) an ‘advance detail clean-up crew’ cleaning up the city, moving out the ‘trash’ and the so-called-homeless, and washing the streets, sidewalks and buildings!
Things looking great now and no need now to wear goulashes over your shoes or need those boot scrapers by the front door that we used when coming in from ‘the barn’.
