The Socialist State of California passed an electric energy bill that charges customers based on their Income.
Changes are now deemed necessary because the self-induced increases in electric generation and distribution have become excessively expensive, even for the so called rich.

Low income customers pay nothing or very little for electricity they use.
Higher income customers pay a large amount to account for their usage in-addition-to paying for those who pay little or none.

Why are they surprised at this outcome?
That’s how communism works!
Didn’t they see ‘Doctor Zhivago’?
Reality: there just aren’t enough rich folks to pay for everything!
After we’ve cleaned them out ---- then what?
Something about the goose and the golden egg.
