In old English Law, one who was a debtor and not paying his bills could be put in prison.
This proved to be a ‘catch-22’ because in prison one can’t earn any money to pay on-or-off the debt for which he’s imprisoned!
Some assumed that was Not the case in the US Law. A NY Surprise!
-
That’s essentially what is happening to Trump in NY where he must post one-half-$Trillion in bonds in-order-to file an appeal to his unjust penalty.
What a great method of bankrupting and destroying someone, in this case a political-enemy, with a fallacious judgment!
-
Be thee a proTrumper or antiTrumper everyone should be very disturbed at how this legal-malfeasance can and is being politically misused and that whatever laws are involved should be drastically modified.
Reality: ‘There but for the grace of God go I’!
