World, business leaders hope to keep momentum in fight against climate change despite US

The U.S. government is going in the other direction. Temperatures keep rising. More extreme weather is sweeping across the world. Yet hundreds of leaders from government and business are in New York this week to keep the fight against climate change alive. Amid fracture and despair, they are emphasizing progress and hope.

The climate keeps changing and the debate and activities relative to those cause-effect changes are ongoing ie: there is No consensus.
The two views continue to diverge and harden.
1. Climate-change has very limited man-made cause-effect – Trump et al
2. Climate-change is being driven by man-made CO2 – Gore et al
Trump is making massive changes to the Gore inspired energy transformations.

A major historical record of temperature-CO2 (nonman-made) cycles are being ignored. They portend a natural cyclic beyond man’s influence.
Perhaps mankind should be focusing on how to adapt and adjust to climate-change instead of trying to modify it?
