And surprise Not -- the Democrats won 51% to 49%
At a cost of $93,000,000 (93-Million dollars)
For 1,575,288 votes (1.5 Million votes)
Or: $59 per vote

On the other hand – where were the grassroots Republicans?
Did they not understand or care that 5 of their 6 Republican Congressmen were about to be “eliminated”?
Or did splinter-groups view failure as their opportunity to 'take-over' the party again?
Or did some buy into the hype that some judge somewhere was going to declare again that this vote was null and void?
It appears that Virginia has joined New York and California as a Democrat Sanctuary.
