These are college male-students at a major institution of learning.

Reminiscent of years ago when a friend was collecting ‘jr-miss tampons’ to be sent to Iraq to be used to stop major battle-field bleeding from gun-shot combat wounds.

They also collected full-length nylon stockings to be used to totally encase rifles to keep desert sand from fouling the weapons.

Beside the state shield on their Clemson class rings are M1 rifles signifying the military service of Clemson men and a star that represents their sacrifice.
Not clear where they will be adding the tampon icon.

Perhaps these college ‘boys’ will be sending their tampons to Gaza now?
Will their nylon stockings be next?
