The Democrat AntiTrump dysfunction has now reached “sick seditious behavior” by major Democrats in Congress who are calling on military persons to refuse to follow orders “they deem to be unlawful”. Really!

How about letting millions of illegal persons enter our country? Clearly Obama ordered the military to stand-down as millions of illegals crossed our borders! Clearly that was done under illegal orders Not to follow our federal laws and defend our country and borders!

The United States military oath of enlistment is a pledge to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and to obey the orders of the President and appointed officers according to military law.

There are limited examples of “US unlawful orders” and a military person subject to the UCMJ would have to be extremely sure of the violation before disobeying a direct order!

One would have to go back to 1860 and the start of the Civil War, to find prior significant examples of US Congressional members directly telling US Service Members that they should disobey orders originating from the POUS!

About The lack of “fairness” of it all.
This election contained an outstanding example:
Republican were ‘docked’ for the increases in electricity costs! Really!
