Climate protesters in Nevada were arrested for blocking traffic on a busy road which led to tribal police taking matters into their own hands, plowing the barricade set up by the demonstrators and making arrests.

Nevada tribal ranger who plowed through Burning Man climate blockade and drew weapon under scrutiny
(Really? – let’s jump on the cops again!)
A ranger is also seen pulling a weapon during the altercation, but it is not clear if it was a firearm or taser
(He was surrounded by hostile felons)

He added, "It’s not like, you know, you’re just out in the middle of nowhere and there’s no one else to be there. We have a lot of miles and miles of cars.

Global Warming Story Not A Consensus

Apparently there are 1,600 scientists who are Not on the AGW Global Warming payroll and who, therefore feel free to remind their well-to-do AGW-fellows that there is a ‘scientific method’ and there are great variations and unknowns in the study of world-wide climate and that we are in another InterGlacial time period that even Disney recognizes and that intermixing science with politics, religion and financial gain has often been fraught with misdirection.

The Pope made Galileo give up his blasphemous sun-center of our solar-system story, however, that didn’t change the solar-system, just the story.
In 1992, Pope Saint John Paul II made a statement to the Pontifical Academy of Science that leaders of the Church, and Church institutions had wrongly persecuted and punished Galileo.
It only took 359-years for a grateful Galileo to get that apology.

A coalition of 1,609 scientists from around the world have signed a declaration stating “there is no climate emergency” and that they “strongly oppose the harmful and unrealistic net-zero CO2 policy” being pushed across the globe. The declaration does not deny the harmful effect of greenhouse gasses, but instead challenges the hysteria brought about by the narrative of imminent doom.

What To Do For Water?

As the US population continues to grow, drinkable potable water will become an ever more critical commodity.
Three examples of past ‘usurping water’ that sheds light on a process that has exploited the few for the benefit of the many.
Given how low many major reservoirs and aquifers are, there are major decisions to be made on obtaining additional potable water supplies.

The Colorado River ‘Treaties’ have diverted water to California at the expense of Arizona and completely denied Mexico their fair share.
The latest ‘deal’ limits usage, spikes water costs and pays tribes for Not using water.

The Denver Water Roundup was necessary because Denver is on the very dry-arid east-side down-wind of the Rockies.
Denver sent emissaries to the West side of the Great Divide to buy-up every possible ‘water right’ from every possible plot of land. They then built a water-tunnel under the two-mile high Loveland Pass to provide water to Denver and Boulder. Needless to say, the land west of the Divide now has limited use and value even though it’s the green-side, watered from the Pacific clouds.

NYC recognized in 1800’s it couldn’t drink out of the Hudson and thereby sent emissaries to the Catskills, and to the NY government in Albany, to ‘obtain’ tens of thousand of acres of watershed of the major streams. They then built multiple massive reservoirs and a 100-mile tunnel-aqueduct to NYC.

Clearly the current litigious environment will be a major factor in ‘collecting’ additional or new water sources. In fact, we’re now in the business of tearing down dams to benefit fish spawns.
The aquifers under many coastal cities have been pumped-down to the point that the coastal land is sinking (subsidence) faster than sea-levels are rising.

Tucson Az may become a model for the collection and treatment of ‘used water’ into designated uses and pumping-back into the aquifer some captured excess rain water.

Five Medicaid healthcare insurers have violated Florida’s rule against using taxpayer funds to provide transgender treatments, and the state is now fining them for the action. It’s the first time any state has taken this step in regard to gender transition coverage.
Among the procedures one of the plans covered was a double mastectomy on a 16-year-old girl. The other plans paid for puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones for minors. Florida health officials sent out letters informing the providers they were being fined over the violation late Thursday.

Overall household debt has spiked by $2.9 trillion since the end of 2019, before the pandemic. The New York Fed’s debt balances are nominal and not adjusted for inflation.
These increases are coming at a time when interest rates have quickly vaulted to a 22-year high.

Celebrating Bidenomics Debt – Really!

Of all the negative and egregious things the US government has been and is doing, it’s placing an unbearable debt load upon our future generations.
Going forward, the interest on the debt will overpower the treasury and will force a level of austerity reminiscent of the great depression. That will in turn create great civil unrest and high-risk external challenges. That’s not the bad news. The bad news is that the majority of the electorate has now become so dependent on government money that there is no visible means to bring that spending and debt under control.

Aug 5, 2023 (Reuters) - A Canadian government agency has guaranteed fresh commercial loans of up to C$3 billion ($2.2 billion) to the controversial Trans Mountain pipeline expansion project that has suffered repeated cost overruns.

Critics have also slammed the ownership of a pipeline project by the Liberal government, which they argue runs counter to Trudeau's ambitious climate goals.

The project is expected to start shipping oil in the first quarter of 2024, and will nearly tripling the flow of crude from Alberta's oil sands to Burnaby, British Columbia, to 890,000 barrels per day.
