Beginning July 1st, (vehicle) drivers are required to change lanes when passing cyclists unless the lane is exceptionally wide.

The entitlements are by far the biggest long-term economic threat from the Biden agenda. Tax increases can be repealed by a future Congress. Spending on infrastructure will slow as funding falls. The courts may block his racial preferences. But entitlements that spend automatically based on eligibility are nearly impossible to repeal, or even reform, and they represent a huge tax-and-spend wedge far into the future.

The Vote On 1964 Civil Rights Bill June 29th

On this day, June 29 1964: The Civil Rights Act of 1964 is passed after an 83-day filibuster in the Senate.
-
Thank You WSJ for ferreting out the actual political vote count that clarify who was for the Bill and who was against.
Why was this so hard to find after multiple Google searches that returned everything except the political vote counts?
Could it be because the facts clearly show the Democrat’s real racial history?
And who is it that is actually writing the US Racial History?

“With a little research, the actual voting record for both Houses of Congress shows that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 passed the Senate on a 73-to-27 vote. The Democratic supermajority in the Senate split their vote 46 (69%) for and 21 (31%) against. The Republicans, on the other hand, split their vote 27 for (82%) and 6 against (18%). Thus, the no vote consisted of 78% Democrats. Further, the infamous 74-day filibuster was led by the Southern Democrats, who overwhelmingly voted against the act.

An examination of the House vote shows a similar pattern. The House voted 290 to 130 in favor. Democrats split their vote 152 (61%) to 96 (39%) while Republicans split theirs 138 (80%) to 34 (20%). The no vote consisted of 74% Democrats.
Clearly, the 1964 Civil Rights Act could not have been passed without the leadership of Republicans such as Everett Dirksen and the votes of Republicans.”

Happy Father’s Day 2021
Happy Father’s Day to all those men who are making the real effort to provide love, guidance and sustenance to their family!
As the twig is bent -- so grows the tree.

Father’s have been a key component of ‘the family unit’ for thousands of years. Early societies recognized the importance of family because children are highly dependent for many years and the survival of the society depended on Father’s providing and protecting.

Our society’s recent history is departing from that time-proven model and our society and children are paying a high price for that neglect.

Our First Civil War is actually a misnomer. It was originally called The War Between The States, a name that correctly describes history.
We are now in a Real Civil War that started during Obama’s term with violent attacks upon our police and cities and then mushroomed into open warfare at the Trump Inauguration and then exploded across the country during all of 2020 and continues on today as if a rolling prairie fire.
