In a Wednesday interview on the Shelley Wynter Show podcast, civil rights attorney and talk radio host Robert Patillo criticized the recent court proceedings, saying that they embarrassed Atlanta and made the city look like "a giant reality show."

An Atlanta-area judge on Friday said Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis can remain on the case against former President Donald Trump so long as her ex-boyfriend, special prosecutor Nathan Wade, withdraws from the case.

Judge Scott McAfee presented the choice to Ms. Willis in a highly anticipated ruling on claims she should be disqualified because she enjoyed lavish trips and meals (and lots of sack-time) with Mr. Wade, who was hired in November 2021 for the taxpayer-funded (prosecutor-persecutor) job.

Judge Scott McAfee: what a disappointment!
Talk about ‘the appearance of impropriety’, it certainly appears that Judge Scott McAfee is more concerned about the NAACP and the Biden Democrat Machine than he is about due process of law in this case.
He totally wimped-out of removing Hotsy Totsy DA-Fani in-spite-of overwhelming evidence of impropriety and conflict-of-interest and contempt of court.

Will anyone have any trust and confidence in our Judicial System when all this AntiTrump-malfeasance gets finished?

It is now clear from the tidal-wave of charges against Trump, and from whence them come and their content, that the Democrats are using the so-called justice system to undermine and destroy Trump.
Not that Trump hasn’t ‘stretched’ the laws as most politicians and movers-and-shakers are prone to do, but clearly his political enemies are ‘using’ the justice system in a corrupt and politically-vindictive manner.
