The query appears to be an extension of the investor-visa program that the Homeland AIG described as having "an appearance of special access".
Isn't that what the McDonnell's were charged with? Did they have the "option" to opt-out of that investigation? Where is the DOJ and the Grand Jury?

So, the Governors sends his ABC agents to check the bars and those entering them at the bequest of the UVa President.
Ostensibly, they observed a student being turned away from a bar after showing ID.

Good News: the bar in-question was checking for the 21 year-old law.
Ostensibly, the ABC agents approached the turned-away student to question him about the ID he had just used to try to validate his age.

Nixon did not wipe-clean the Oval Office Audio Tapes and as a result, incriminating comments on the tapes were used to force him from office.

Hillary apparently has wiped-clean her server that she used for four years as Sec of State for all her Emails personal and official.
No wonder she now is joking about this in her quarter million dollar fund raising séances.

The Story Behind The Ted Cruz At Liberty Lynchburg Story

Based on his TeaParty base, it is appropriate that Cruz would come toLynchburg

Cruz did not highlight at the announcement the recentVirginia
He didn’t mention that the Democrats now have the Governor, Lt. Governor, Attorney General and bothUS

Nor did he mention the VaTeaParty Leadership’s successful political-assassination of Conservative Republican Congressman Eric Cantor.
He also didn’t reveal the current target list of other Republican Office holders who do not salute the snake-banner nor swear allegiance to the TeaParty’s self-anointed Leaders. Apparently it’s not about being Conservative enough or governing, it’s all about control and ideology.

Cruz joins his friend Santorum and the other TeaParty Leadership entities whose claim to fame was using the primary process to mortally wound the last two national Republican Tickets by placing ideology above selecting candidates who can be elected and then govern.

Cruz’s team is oblivious to the reality that Republican Candidates must win the votes of almost all Republicans, most Independents and many Regan-Democrats. Their mantra is “it’s my way or the highway”. The result is that Republican’s now sit on the bleachers watching the Progressives control our government while we pay the resultant taxes and endure the ever-increasing encroachment upon our freedoms.

It has been sad to watch a once vibrant and successful Republican Party reduced to a few slogans, bumper-stickers and snake-banners with the resultant loss of representation in the political process.
There’s something sad about self-inflected wounds and misdirected hostility! Especially when it benefits Obama, Reid, Pelosi and the DNC!

He also didn’t reveal the current target list of other Republican Office holders who do not salute the snake-banner nor swear allegiance to the TeaParty’s self-anointed Leaders. Apparently it’s not about being Conservative enough or governing, it’s all about control and ideology.

Cruz joins his friend Santorum and the other TeaParty Leadership entities whose claim to fame was using the primary process to mortally wound the last two national Republican Tickets by placing ideology above selecting candidates who can be elected and then govern.

Cruz’s team is oblivious to the reality that Republican Candidates must win the votes of almost all Republicans, most Independents and many Regan-Democrats. Their mantra is “it’s my way or the highway”. The result is that Republican’s now sit on the bleachers watching the Progressives control our government while we pay the resultant taxes and endure the ever-increasing encroachment upon our freedoms.

It has been sad to watch a once vibrant and successful Republican Party reduced to a few slogans, bumper-stickers and snake-banners with the resultant loss of representation in the political process.

With all due respect, and I don’t mean this in a bad way – BUT – a major spread in the “Business” section of a very nice person who has some tame animals as members of the family being portrayed as a “farmer”? This is a pseudo Dr Doolittle story and he is clearly not a real “business farmer”.

These organizations are often quick to attack, with major media support, people and organizations who have a major animal component within their scope.
It appears they have the idyllic and very distorted view that things in the wild are nice and kind and that life on the farm or in a zoo are not OK based on their very existence.
The facts in this particular case are not yet clear. What is clear that the Natural Bridge Zoo and it’s owners have been lynched in the press without due process.

I am skeptical humans are the main cause of climate change and that it will be catastrophic in the near future. There is no scientific proof of this hypothesis, yet we are told “the debate is over” and “the science is settled.”

The idea it would be catastrophic if carbon dioxide were to increase and average global temperature were to rise a few degrees is preposterous.
Recently, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) announced for the umpteenth time we are doomed unless we reduce carbon-dioxide emissions to zero. Effectively this means either reducing the population to zero, or going back 10,000 years before humans began clearing forests for agriculture. This proposed cure is far worse than adapting to a warmer world, if it actually comes about.

The IPCC should either have its mandate expanded to include all causes of climate change, or it should be dismantled.

Political Powerhouse
Climate change has become a powerful political force for many reasons. First, it is universal; we are told everything on Earth is threatened. Second, it invokes the two most powerful human motivators: fear and guilt. We fear driving our car will kill our grandchildren, and we feel guilty for doing it.

My skepticism begins with
the believers’ certainty they can predict the global climate with a computer
model. The entire basis for the doomsday climate change scenario is the
hypothesis increased atmospheric carbon dioxide due to fossil fuel emissions
will heat the Earth to unlivable temperatures.
-
In fact, the Earth has been
warming very gradually for 300 years, since the Little Ice Age ended, long
before heavy use of fossil fuels. Prior to the Little Ice Age, during the
Medieval Warm Period, Vikings colonized Greenland and Newfoundland, when it was
warmer there than today. And during Roman times, it was warmer, long before
fossil fuels revolutionized civilization.

IPCC Conflict of Interest
By its constitution, the
IPCC has a hopeless conflict of interest. Its mandate is to consider only the
human causes of global warming, not the many natural causes changing the
climate for billions of years. We don’t understand the natural causes of
climate change any more than we know if humans are part of the cause at
present. If the IPCC did not find humans were the cause of warming, or if it
found warming would be more positive than negative, there would be no need for
the IPCC under its present mandate. To survive, it must find on the side of the
apocalypse.The IPCC should either have its mandate expanded to include all causes of climate change, or it should be dismantled.

Political Powerhouse

Third, there is a powerful
convergence of interests among key elites that support the climate “narrative.”
Environmentalists spread fear and raise donations; politicians appear to be
saving the Earth from doom; the media has a field day with sensation and
conflict; science institutions raise billions in grants, create whole new
departments, and stoke a feeding frenzy of scary scenarios; business wants to
look green, and get huge public subsidies for projects that would otherwise be
economic losers, such as wind farms and solar arrays. Fourth, the Left sees
climate change as a perfect means to redistribute wealth from industrial
countries to the developing world and the UN bureaucracy.

So we are told carbon
dioxide is a “toxic” “pollutant” that must be curtailed, when in fact it is a
colorless, odorless, tasteless, gas and the most important food for life on
earth. Without carbon dioxide above 150 parts per million, all plants would
die.
-
Human Emissions Saved Planet
Over the past 150 million
years, carbon dioxide had been drawn down steadily (by plants) from about 3,000
parts per million to about 280 parts per million before the Industrial
Revolution. If this trend continued, the carbon dioxide level would have become
too low to support life on Earth. Human fossil fuel use and clearing land for
crops have boosted carbon dioxide from its lowest level in the history of the
Earth back to 400 parts per million today.-
At 400 parts per million,
all our food crops, forests, and natural ecosystems are still on a starvation
diet for carbon dioxide. The optimum level of carbon dioxide for plant growth,
given enough water and nutrients, is about 1,500 parts per million, nearly four
times higher than today. Greenhouse growers inject carbon-dioxide to increase
yields. Farms and forests will produce more if carbon-dioxide keeps rising.

We have no proof increased
carbon dioxide is responsible for the earth’s slight warming over the past 300
years. There has been no significant warming for 18 years while we have emitted
25 per cent of all the carbon dioxide ever emitted. Carbon dioxide is vital for
life on Earth and plants would like more of it. Which should we emphasize to
our children?

Details and facts are TBD – However, McAuliffe expressed concern about his college age son and daughter being treated that roughly by police.

Governor – here’s what you should do TODAY to help minimize the chances that your daughter and son will have this problem.
Sit down with them and explain:

Do not try to enter an establishment that requires you be 21 to enter.
Entering under 21 is “Trespassing” and is a violation.

Do not obtain or possess fake ID’s.
Especially since 911 authorities become “very alert” to that situation.

Do not present fake ID’s to police officers.
That is a significant “crime”!

After the above, when police officers are questioning you
Do not get arrogant, disrespectful, and belligerent.
That will cause police officers to reasonably believe you are potentially violent.

If a police officer tells you “you are under arrest”
Comply exactly with his instructions and commands.
Resisting arrest is a “serious crime”!

IF you have violated all the above advice and rules and laws
Expect to be forcibly put down on the ground and handcuffed
No this is not a 50-shades of grey “love” thing.
Expect to get dirty and perhaps have some bruises and scrapes
That’s the price you pay for all the things you just did that you should not have done!

Gov McAuliffe went on national TV to express great concern about a “rough” arrest of a UVa student who allegedly was under 21 and was trying to enter a bar with a fake ID.
Details and facts are TBD – However, McAuliffe expressed concern about his college age son and daughter being treated that roughly by police.

Governor – here’s what you should do TODAY to help minimize the chances that your daughter and son will have this problem.
Sit down with them and explain:

Do not try to enter an establishment that requires you be 21 to enter.
Entering under 21 is “Trespassing” and is a violation.

Do not obtain or possess fake ID’s.
Especially since 911 authorities become “very alert” to that situation.

Do not present fake ID’s to police officers.
That is a significant “crime”!
-
After the above, when police officers are questioning you
Do not get arrogant, disrespectful, and belligerent.
That will cause police officers to reasonably believe you are potentially violent.

If a police officer tells you “you are under arrest”
Comply exactly with his instructions and commands.
Resisting arrest is a “serious crime”!

IF you have violated all the above advice and rules and laws
Expect to be forcibly put down on the ground and handcuffed
No this is not a 50-shades of grey “love” thing.
Expect to get dirty and perhaps have some bruises and scrapes
That’s the price you pay for all the things you just did that you should not have done!
And No – this is Not Racism! It’s called the administration of law and order!

Now, run along kids and behave and follow the rules and have fun.

Governor, it would be appropriate and show real positive leadership for you to go back on national TV and repeat all the above for the benefit of all parents and their children.
