It seems like yesterday (Jan 2018) that key Democrats and their PravdaMedia demanded that Trump take a cognitive test to determine his suitability to be POTUS --- so he did!
Now it’s Biden’s turn with far more reasons to do so!

The ‘palace guard’ has somewhat successfully isolated Biden from the public by being in-the-cellar during the campaign to ongoing very limited public personal exposure since taking office.
These issues particularly disturbing given the challenges we face abroad and domestically and who the VP is!

With all due respect to Biden -- his long standing speech impediments may be making it seem like he is having more issues than he really is  --- taking a cognitive test should help resolve that issue.

Hopefully Biden’s medical staff and the ‘palace guard’ will be successful in limiting the adverse consequences of his health issues whatever they are.
